For the first time in the Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Full Lifecycle API Management, the company has been positioned as a Visionary. In Brazil, Sensedia has customers from several segments, including financial institutions, technology, loyalty and retail. Among them there are Azul (airline), Cnova and Netshoes (retail), Natura (beauty), SulAmérica (insurance) and Bradesco (bank). The company is responsible for the API strategy of the main marketplaces in the country by integrating online stores and marketplaces with Sensedia API Platform.
According to Gartner, technology research and advisory company, focus has shifted toward API programs and their fundamental role in the execution of digital strategies, which includes getting value out of the API economy. Projects have become smaller (focusing on very few APIs at any one time) and more business-oriented, and require very quick execution. The visionary companies in the quadrant, like Sensedia, typically approach the market with a fresh view from an innovative angle.
